IV is 12 weeks old!

All bundled up in Sept!

I had heard on the news that it was going to rainy and cooler but I had no idea it would be 65 degrees at 4:00!!! So IV and I went on a walk for an hour and a half! It felt so nice outside! After a summer of record setting heat, 65 is basically winter time!

IV likes to take walks in our neighborhood and we also like to go to the Brushy Creek Trail. It is a great little walk from the YMCA to the Brushy Creek ball fields. Whenever a car goes by or a dog barks, it doesn't seem to bother him at all. And our stroller, Bob, is great when it comes to hitting the bumps :)

On Sept 16th, IV held the ball all on his own! I was so impressed! All in one week, he rolled from tummy to back and held a ball! He is progressing so well and is so strong.

IV meeting his cousin for the 1st time!

This video was shot at the airport when IV meets C for the 1st time! It seems like they are going to be best buddies :) We have had such a great visit with them and we hate to go back to the airport to drop them off tomorrow am!

We celebrated our 4th Anniversary on Sept 17th. Our wedding day was so perfect and all my dreams really did come true!
We ate at Roy's Hawaiian Restaurant in downtown Austin. It was SO good. The inside of the menus said "HAPPY ANNIVERSARY" with our names....such a good touch!

Carolina + Free Chick-fil-a

Uncle C, Aunt L and Cousin C sent IV this adorable Carolina onsie! On the front it says Carolina and on the back it says "No Dookies". It is SO cute! If you are a UNC fan, you need to check out this website www.nodookies.com They carry baby, toddler and adult stuff!

IV's Carolina onsie came just in time for "Wear your favorite team logo and get a free Chick-fil-a sandwich" So on Labor Day, we all got in our 'uniforms' and went to Chick-fil-a!!

I am so excited that IV pushed up like this. I feel like I have not been real great about tummy time. He is getting so strong!

Since we moved him to his room, he takes perfect naps! EXCEPT the nap after the 4:00 feeding. I don't know what it is but he doesn't want to sleep! He is still sleeping about 6 hours at night. I think he would sleep longer if he had a good 10:00 feeding but we can not get him to wake up and eat!

IV went in for his 2 month shots. I was so anxious about this but he did great! He cried with the initial poke but then quieted down really quick. He didn't have any reactions to the shots at all.

Weight: 12 lbs, 10 oz (50-75 percentile)
Height: 23 3/4 inches (75-90 percentile)
Head measurement: 42 centimenters!!!!!! (90 percentile)

We have a big boy on our hands....that is probably why he is growing out of his clothes so fast. And we cant find a hat to stay on his head!
